Fresh makes the difference. For those of us who are in the business of providing any kind of food to the public, freshness has to be at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to it. Our customers demand it and expect it.
People are more health conscious than ever before. Eating healthy has become a more important part of the lifestyle of today’s family. At Boone Hall Farms, we are trying to do our part to offer food items that can contribute to being a part of a healthy diet.
Our local produce is hand picked each morning in our farm fields across the street in season and is available immediately on the same day. We also work with a number of agricultural partners in order to provide produce throughout the year that will be as fresh as there is available. Our local seafood comes straight from docks close by. Our prime cut meats are hand cut fresh daily by our butcher. We carry a diverse variety of Certified SC Products that are produced locally by our fellow South Carolinians that are made with only the freshest ingredients. All of these resources are also used to help prepare delicious cuisine served fresh daily at our Boone Hall Farms Market Cafe.
As a result, at Boone Hall Farms, being FRESH and being LOCAL…are attached at the hip.
